VENDORS: PLEASE READ THIS FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING.

Our Creative Hub & Coffeehouse is located at 501 Commercial Avenue in Anacortes.

We opened officially in May of 2024 and would love to continually fill the space with locally made products. Our Hub has coffee, tea, pre-packaged snacks, and an area to paint-your-own-pottery.

This is an application to participate in our retail area of our shop - and you can choose which months you are applying for. Each month, we rotate the vendors on the retail shelves - so please note that we do not have vendors in the space for multiple months in a row.

Filling out this application does not guarantee you a spot (unless you are a Creative Avenue Member).

Vendor Prices:

Vendors spaces can either be on a shelf, or a wall. Price varies between $15-$20

22% commission will be deducted from all sales totals at the end of the month. Vendors will be paid with a check mailed to your listed address in your application.

We find that certain vendor categories tend to have better sales than others in this type of environment:

  1. Artisanal Mugs and Cups
  2. Art Prints and Wall Decor
  3. Handmade Jewelry
  4. Gourmet Food Items: Chocolates, cookies, honey, jam, and gourmet snacks etc.
  5. Handmade Candles
  6. Handmade Soaps and Bath Products (especially pump soaps)
  7. Artisanal Pottery and Ceramics (mugs, cups, and even tumblers are perfect for a coffee shop!)
  8. Local Art and Photography: Original artwork, prints, stickers, and photography - especially highlighting Skagit Valley and that are small. Many customers are tourists and want to purchase things that can fit in their suitcase.
  9. Handmade Cards and Stationery: Greeting cards, postcards, journals, notebooks, and stationery sets
  10. Planters, Succulents, Terrariums

Other vendor types are welcome, but we have found that large items or higher priced products (even when they are amazing quality) tend to have fewer sales. Anacortes has a lot of tourists so they tend to purchase smaller items that can fit in their suitcase. Locals do shopping as well, and we are hopeful that they'll be excited to see locally made products.

AND if your items are larger or higher priced, you are still welcome to apply! All applications are reviewed fairly and taken into consideration on what we feel will do well.

If chosen to participate in the retail area, all of your products must be marked with a clear price and your business name or logo.

Setup Time

Setup typically happens the last day of the month for the following month or on the 1st. We'll send you details if you are accepted as it varies each month.

Breakdown Time

Usually on the last day of the month during business hours.
