Timing: 12:30 - 3:30 PM
Tasting Breakdown:
- Session 1: 12:30 - 1:15 PM
- Session 2: 1:30 - 2:15 PM
- Session 3: 2:30 - 3:15 PM
Class Fee: $15 per session (3 sessions - select one or multiple on the ticket page) - Or reserve a spot for all 3 sessions for $40 total

Class Description:
Session 1: Seasonal Living: Late Summer and Early Autumn According to Chinese Medicine and Irish Tradition In this session, we will focus on major seasonal considerations that arise during late summer and early autumn. Learn simple practices from food therapy, herbs, and lifestyle that support us during these seasonal transitions.
Session 2: Tea Tasting and Information on Each of the 3 Tea Blends Expand your seasonal knowledge by tasting three exquisite tea blends. Discover how these blends support our health and well-being during seasonal transitions.
Tea Blends:
- Apple and Elderflower
- Elderberry, Peach, and Plum
- Ruby Refresher (Hibiscus, Lavender, Lemon, and Raspberry)
Session 3: Tea Meditation and Creative Art Process Connect with herbal medicine on a deeper level through a tea meditation with the Ruby Refresher blend. Engage in a creative art process by drawing or writing about your meditation experience.
About the Instructor:
Carolyn Egan (she/they) is a Chinese Medicine Practitioner, herbalist, and ritualist. They weave their knowledge of Chinese Medicine with a background in social work, education, linguistics, and Irish traditional practices. Carolyn offers accessible healthcare for the disabled and chronically ill community through sliding scale, payment plan, and scholarship options.
