Working Out & Creativity: Working out boosts creativity by increasing blood flow to the brain, which enhances cognitive function and sharpens focus. Physical activity also releases endorphins, reducing stress and improving mood, creating a mental environment conducive to creative thinking. Additionally, exercise can lead to moments of clarity, helping to break through mental blocks and inspire new ideas. Moving your body can stimulate your mind and spark fresh, innovative thoughts! 

What to Bring: Bring a yoga mat and water and get ready to make new friends! 

We'll have a few minutes to meet & greet after class.

Where: The back patio at the Creative Hub & Coffeehouse

Located on 5th Street between Commercial and Q Avenue. Or head in through the coffeehouse - there is access to the patio through the building.

Bio: Mar is a Certified Online Fitness Coach who has helped over 150 women get in the best shape of their lives. She lives in Anacortes and travels often - Bali, Hawaii and California being her most recent adventures. She's passionate about building community and bringing women together. She hosts retreats globally and is the CEO of Lively, an online program that blends nutrition, training and mindset to help women build strength, confidence and healthy habits for life.
